Oticon's Spatial Sound Premium Technology

Spatial Sound Premium is one of the key features of Oticon's Alta2 Pro. If there is a noise (such as a loud coffeemaker), that is drowning out the speech from the person you are trying to hear, the hearing aid nearest the louder sound will reduce that noise. The aid nearer the person you are listening to will raise the volume so that you can hear the speech better without being distracted by the noise. According to Oticon, the Alta2 Pro preserves the “loudness differences between the ears. These tiny differences are extremely important for the brain to navigate in a room full of sound. This particular feature is available only on the Alta2 Pro, and using an aid in each ear.
