Phonak Virto V Hearing Aid

The Virto V custom hearing aids have the same numbers and corresponding features associated with the different levels as the Audéo V line. The Virto V90 is the premium level, the Virto V70 is the midlevel, the Virto V50 is the basic, and the Virto V30 is the most basic.

Custom Hearing Aids

If a custom made hearing aid is appropriate for your hearing loss, an impression is made (usually of each ear). Custom aids come in different sizes from the small Completely-In-Canal (CIC) style to the slightly larger In-The-Ear (ITE) hearing aid. Most Dann Hearing customers prefer the canal style. It is slightly larger than the CIC, but has room for two microphones. The two microphones allow the hearing aid go from the omnidirectional mode, for quiet situations, to directional, which means the noise is reduced behind the wearer.

Phonak Virto V-Nano

Looking for an extremely small, virtually invisible aid? Phonak offers the Virto V-nano model, which is the industry's smallest ever custom hearing aid. It fits very deeply into the hearing canal, making it virtually invisible.

Like other Phonak custom products, it comes in several different technology levels, from basic to premium. It has a small magnet that, when you bring it close to the aid when it is in your ear, will change programs. You can have up to 3 programs on the Nano. However since it is so small, the extra features (such as Bluetooth capability or two microphones) that are standard in most other models are not available.
